Get approved through Wildflower for Cigna. Some Blue Cross Blue Shield plans are accepted for virtual only through WIldflower as well. Approval can up to take a couple of days. You may owe a copay or coinsurance according to your individual plan.

Get approved through The Lactation Network for Aetna, Curative, First Health, Imagine, Optum, PNOA, VA community care, and Velocity plans. You must get approval through Lactation Network, a 3rd party authorizer, before booking. Approval can up to take a couple of days. You may owe a copay or coinsurance according to your individual plan.

If you do not see your insurance company listed here, reach out through The Lactation Network link above to see if they can approve a visit. They authorize many smaller insurance carriers.
